Features
No special equipment required
A PC and two or more webcams are all that is required.
Smartphones and tablets can also be used by using apps which converts them into webcams over a Wi-Fi connection.
Realtime with a middle range PC
17 FPS on Surface Pro 7 (which does not have a dedicated GPU).
30 to 60 FPS with GTX 1080 Ti.
Stream captured motion to other apps, or save it to files
Supports VMT protocol and VMC protocol.
Export to BVH files and FBX files are also supported.
Capture hands and face
Hand and face tracking is also supported, though less accurate than with dedicated equipment.
Usage
Create character animations for games and video
Especially for low-budget indie game development or film production.
Full-body tracking on SteamVR
An option for low-budget full-body tracking.
(Note that “Virtual Motion Tracker” and a VR HMD is required. MocapForAll has a higher latency than typical VR devices.)
